I'm really impressed with her knowledge of our camera and access control system. She certainly is a great representative for SIGNET. She even wrote notes for me to refer to later on. Also, two non-SIGNET IT issues came up while she was here and she gave me some pointers that resulted in quick resolutions to the problems, which would have taken me a significantly longer period of time without her help. I do not recall any other vendors in the past that assisted me with issues not related to their products and/or equipment. "To Whom It May Concern: About 3 years ago we started the process of upgrading our aging Nurse Call Systems throughout our facility. Our main goal was to select a product that could scale to meet the high integration needs of our Inpatient Units, as well as our more basic needs in other areas. We invited all the major Nurse Call Vendors to demonstrate their solutions. We were initially impressed with the enthusiasm, communication skills, product knowledge, and over-all professional demeanor of the SIGNET sales and design team. Throughout the decision making process SIGNET proved to be more than just a vendor, they became a trusted, reliable and creative partner to us. On our in-patient floors we had a need for a system that would integrate with our Vocera badges and Meditech HIS. In our ER, OR, and other non inpatient areas our need was for a more basic system that would still allow us to have central management of alarms for dispatch to wireless devices and Centralized Code Blue. I come from a manufacturing background and I understand quite well the simple rule 'you get what you pay for'. SIGNET's Rauland Responder platform allowed us to maximize the value of our capital by installing the correct level of system for each clinical department. The SIGNET installation team is second to none in professional manor. They were organized, clean, and well-prepared, all of which are musts for installation on 'live' nursing floors. Coming from my background I understand that issues will always arise. I was very impressed with SIGNET's available, and problem solving skills. I would like to thank you and your staff for great job that SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc. did on the Keville house renovation at the Chelsea Soldiers Home in Chelsea Massachusetts. The Keville house was in need of a fire alarm system upgrade for the first and second floors to accommodate a complete renovation of those areas. SIGNET successfully secured this work by being the lowest eligible and qualified bidder on a public bid. SIGNET's project management and installation staff, from the beginning, instilled confidence in my staff, the engineer and architect that the contract was being executed in a professional manner and with a high level of quality in workmanship. With this being said the scope of the project was expanded to include the initiating devices in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors. When a sprinkler leak occurred that damaged and disabled the existing panel requiring that the fire department start a 24 hour a day fire watch. SIGNET escalated the installation of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors. This work was completed in 2 days saving the Soldiers Home thousands on the cost of the fire watch.
