"Jason, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and SIGNET for the positive experience we had recently upgrading our camera and employee ID system with the Genetec system. I truly appreciated the time you spent with me addressing the needs of this Department along with the time you spent explaining to me how the system would work with some of our existing components. I felt that I was able to make an informative decision on the type of equipment we needed and felt confident that the Genetec system and working with SIGNET was the right decision for security protection of the Office of attorney General.

Andrew Pelletier handled the installation of the project in an efficient professional manner. The technicians that installed the equipment were very professional. In an office environment, where sensitive work is taking place, it is very important to us to have vendors that are cordial and respectful of the surroundings, especially when working during business hours, and they were just that if not more.

After the system was installed, Greg Sparrow was extremely helpful in ensuring that I received the support needed, understood the equipment and assisting in simplifying the functions that we use. He spent time with other users and was essential in helping them feel comfortable with the functions of the system as well.
