In an office environment, where sensitive work is taking place, it is very important to us to have vendors that are cordial and respectful of the surroundings, especially when working during business hours, and they were just that if not more. After the system was installed, Greg Sparrow was extremely helpful in ensuring that I received the support needed, understood the equipment and assisting in simplifying the functions that we use. He spent time with other users and was essential in helping them feel comfortable with the functions of the system as well.
