HR Coordinator

SIGNET has an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to work closely with the HR Director. Focused primarily on benefits, training and recruitment, the successful candidate will possess a high level of energy, self motivation and attention to detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can learn and achieve, we want to hear from you.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1+ years experience in a Human Resources office, with a working knowledge of employment laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse population
  • Proactive approach, flexibility, and a customer service orientation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with varying priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with discretion regarding highly confidential, time-sensitive materials and issues
  • Must be proficient with standard Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • HRIS and/or Crystal reports experience
