Careers – Fire Alarm / Life Safety System Technician

Immediate opening for a Fire Alarm / Life Safety System Technician to join our growing Service group. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, programming, testing, inspecting, and performing upgrades for fire alarm and other low voltage life safety systems for our customers.

• 3-5 years experience with the service of fire alarm and related systems
• MA Class “D” License and Boston F1
• Proficiency using PC including related operating systems: Windows 98/NT/2000/XP
• Experience with IP network based systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• NICET certification and knowledge of FCI and Edwards Systems technology a plus
• Experience in the service of security, access control, CCTV, and communications systems a plus
